ANH Reno is a general contractor company that handle from small to large interior projects. Operating throughout Ontario, but our main operation is located out of Cookstown, Ontario. Serving Simcoe County and the GTA area.
With over five years plus in remodelling residential homes, we work with home owners to make their vision of their home become reality. From modernizing to rustic style, options are endless. We work with different vendors to ensure that we can provide the best price for our clients at a budget that most suitable for them.
Beginning this January, we are moving our operation to Paris, Brant. Servicing Brantford, Cambridge, Kitchener, London, Mississauga, and Oakville. Until the end of 2023, we will continue to serve New Tecumseth, Angus, Barrie, and Bradford areas.
What is the difference between general contractor versus a specialize contractor?
A general contractor will handle the project from beginning till the end. By helping client obtaining permit, to working with others license ESA and Plumber to ensure the whole process is seamless for the client.
Whereas a specialize contractor is usually only do one type of work and focus only in that field. Such as bathroom renovator will only remodelling bathroom.
There are benefits and dis-benefit in everything either options. GC can be a bit more costly, but it save client time and headache. Whereas if the client has to look for contractor from each different field and coordinate the process themselves. Often it cost the homeowner more money and delaying in project completion.
